Article 1 - Definitions

- Buyer: The natural person or entity that places an order for products from Cōtae.
- Products: The functional mushroom supplements offered by Cōtae, specifically Reishi, Chaga, Lion's Mane, and Cordyceps in capsule and liquid form.
Article 2 - Applicability
1. These terms and conditions apply to every offer and agreement between Cōtae B.V. and the Buyer regarding the Products.
2. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Article 3 - Offers and agreement
1. All offers made by Cōtae are without obligation unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. The agreement is concluded when the Buyer completes the order and payment process for the Products.
Article 4 - Payment
1. Payment must be made in advance via the payment methods indicated on the website.
2. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.
Article 5 - Delivery
1. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Cōtae is not liable for delays in delivery.
2. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Article 6 - Returns and refunds
1. Due to the nature of our Products as health supplements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been shipped.
2. The Buyer acknowledges that they are responsible for their own use of the Products and any potential health issues that may arise.
Article 7 - Buyer responsibilities
1. The Buyer agrees to follow the guidelines and instructions provided on the product packaging and on the Cōtae website.
2. Cōtae is not responsible for any misuse of the Products or any health issues resulting from improper use.
Article 8 - Liability
1. Cōtae shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Products, including but not limited to health issues or adverse reactions.
2. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for their use of the Products and any consequences thereof.
